SERVICE PROVIDERS/SUPPLIERS CONSENT CLAUSE FOR INCLUDING DATA IN THE CENTRALISED ACCOUNTING AND TAX MANAGEMENT FILES

I hereby authorise the transfer of my personal data furnished to MAPFRE ASISTENCIA, COMPAÑÍA DE SEGUROS Y REASEGUROS S.A. by virtue of the service provided and to be subsequently established, to the various insurance, reinsurance, finance, services or real estate companies of the MAPFRE Group, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, for the purposes of managing and settling the taxes deriving from the invoicing of the services provided and ensuring a uniform list of professionals to whom the various MAPFRE Group companies may entrust the provision of the services required in each case, respecting Spanish legislation governing personal data protection and without the need for notification of each first transfer made to the aforementioned assignees.

The personal data collected will form part of the shared files "Tax Database" and "Centralised Accounting", located at the Data Processing Centre, Edificio MAPFRE, carretera de Pozuelo a Majadahonda Nº 52, Majadahonda 28220 (Madrid), under the supervision and control of MAPFRE INFORMÁTICA, A. I. E., which undertakes to adopt appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the information, pursuant to the provisions of Law 15/1999, of 13 December on Personal Data Protection and other applicable legislation.

All data will be treated in the strictest confidence and shall not be accessible to third parties for purposes other than those authorised.

Additionally, I am entitled to freely exercise the rights to access, rectification opposition and cancellation of my personal data, by means of written notification sent to MAPFRE ASISTENCIA, COMPAÑÍA DE SEGUROS Y REASEGUROS S.A: , Calle Sor Ángela de la Cruz, 6, 28020 MADRID, indicating the reference "ARCO Rights".
